Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Yamein Enterprises LLC ("Yamein," "we," "us") handles information when you visit yamein.com and when you contact us. It also applies to the products of Yamein Studios, a trade name of Yamein Enterprises LLC, except where a product has its own privacy notice.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Visiting it sends no request to anyone but us and our hosting provider. The one exception is the Mirvu waitlist form on the Yamein Studios page, described below.

Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. These logs are used only to run the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share your contact details.

The Mirvu waitlist

If you join the Mirvu waitlist, you give us your email address. We use it to send occasional notes about Mirvu's development and an invitation when testing opens, and for nothing else. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service, under its own privacy policy. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any message or emailing the address below, and we will delete your address.

Products made by Yamein Studios

Apps and other products from Yamein Studios may collect information in order to work, such as an account you create or data you choose to store in the app. Each product describes what it collects, and why, in its own privacy notice, available inside the product or from this page. Where a product's notice and this policy differ, the product's notice governs for that product.

How long we keep information

Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider's standard retention. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the purpose you wrote to us about, or as the law requires. Waitlist addresses are kept until Mirvu's release announcements end or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and never charge for a reasonable request.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here for a reasonable period.
